HOW TO REGISTER
Once new students have received the email confirming that they have been accepted, they may register for the upcoming academic year.
Current students don’t have to be selected again, they may proceed with re-registration. The re-registration form is available Under
Student Tools > Re-Registration
STEP 1
Please have the following documents ready in digital format to upload to this form BEFORE starting to fill out the form:

Proof of payment of the registration fee. [See the FEE STRUCTURE on the CTCA website for payable fees, discounts and payment plans]

Certified copy of applicant’s ID

Certified copy of parent/sponsor’s ID
-
Proof of medical aid membership
-
Grade 12 Certificate / most current report card / copy of school-leaving certificate

Copy of post-school qualification certificate [if applicable]

Completed and signed Payment Agreement Form: https://portal.ctca.co.za/form/view/paymentAgreement

On receipt of all the above, you will be registered and the Cape Town Creative Academy will email your proof of registration
STEP 3: TIMETABLE & DATES
Your timetable and the Cape Town Creative Academy academic calendar will be available in January.

The Cape Town Creative Academy offers various discounts on early payments, see Payments & Discounts. New students must preferably register by the end of November. All students must be registered by the end of January. A penalty fee of R500 will be charged for registrations after 1 February.
